Arian and I in our nightly Bible study have started asking each other the question "How did you see Jesus today? " We want to make 100% sure that we are seeing Jesus every day. Jesus is alive and active but do you take the time to see Him?
Let me tell you how I have seen Jesus the past couple of days......
On Tuesday is Bible study at the church. Usually there is about 6-8 people who come. We continually invite believers of the church to come to the bible study. Today the door kept opening and more and more people kept coming in! There were 23 people in attendance! We pray that God used Arian to encourage the people and lead them deeper into the word of God! For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
On Wednesday we always visit the nursing home and children of Kavaje. This week we were very blessed to have Mac & Diane and Arian's cousin Nikolino with us. What an encouragement they were to us! While we were at the nursing home we always go around and greet and give a snack to all the people especially the ones who are sick and can't come to the service. One room we visited there was a woman crying and lying in her bed. Arian went to her and realized that she was crying because she could not get to her lunch. She had fallen over in bed and could not sit up. Arian sat her up in bed. She was still having a problem eating because her hands were not working very well so Arian proceeded to feed her lunch. When we left the nursing home I was so touched that I cried. The
King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the
least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me. Matthew 25:40 Yes, without a doubt I saw Jesus today and everyday serving with my husband in Albania!
Peace with you and God bless!
